Instead of asking you to navigate the options on your own, we help homeowners and businesses understand what solutions are available in their area and find the service that best fits their needs and budget.

We're involved beyond simply selling the service. We work directly with our carrier partners and, when applicable, our team can help coordinate and perform the installation to make the process as seamless as possible.

We're local, we're hands-on, and we're focused on doing what's right for the customer.

WHY WE STARTED FAIRWAY FIBER

The experience of doing business should be better.

Fairway Fiber was born from a simple belief: the experience of doing business should be better.

Our founder, Dave Kalbfus, spent years in the telecommunications industry and saw how easily the customer and employee experience could get lost as companies grow. Customers can begin to feel like numbers, while the people serving them can feel just as disconnected from the decisions being made around them.

Dave wanted to build something different.

Fairway Fiber was created to bring a more personal approach back to the industry — one where customers are treated like people, employees are valued, and the people behind the company are close enough to understand what is happening on the ground.

That philosophy continues to shape how we build Fairway Fiber today. We want to grow, but we don't want growth to come at the expense of the relationships that made us successful in the first place.

Our goal is simple: build a company people are proud to work for and customers are glad they chose.

Dave Kalbfus

Dave brings more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, with a background spanning customer service, technical operations, network support, construction, and field operations.

Today, Dave is still very much in the field. He works directly with customers, oversees installation and drop operations, coordinates with carrier partners, and helps solve the issues that come with getting homes and businesses connected.

For Dave, building Fairway Fiber isn't about simply creating another internet company. It's about building a business where customers are treated like people and where the people doing the work are close enough to understand what is really happening in the field.

Eric Fluker

Eric brings more than 18 years of experience in sales, service, operations, and team leadership.

His role at Fairway Fiber is focused on building the sales channel — developing customer acquisition strategies, creating partnerships, improving the sales experience, and finding better ways to connect customers with the internet solutions available in their area.

Eric brings an agent's perspective to the business: understand the customer, explain the options, and help them make the right decision.
